We want you to be happy with your purchase, but in the event that you are not, please return the product unused and in its original packaging to us within 30 days of receiving your order. If the item is determined not to be in a re-sellable condition and therefore ineligible for a refund, then it may be returned to you.
We recommend securely packaging your item/s to avoid damage during transit and using a tracked delivery service. From when your item is sent, it may take up to 14 days for your item/s to be refunded owing to courier delivery times, level of business activity at the time your return arrives in our offices, and bank processing times.
Returning an Opticlar item
If you would like to return an Opticlar item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out our contact form here with your order number and reason for return within 30 days of receiving your item. A member of our team will then review/ approve the return and send you the appropriate address.
Please do not send your Opticlar item to us without speaking to a member of our team first for your return and refund to be processed at a faster rate.

Returning a suction unit or consumables
Please send unopened consumables (e.g.: specula) and suction units in their original condition and packaging to the following address:
