If you paid by credit or debit card, we’ll refund the same card originally used to place and pay for the order.
If you are returning your item(s) directly to one of our shops, please make sure you take with you the card that you used to make the purchase.
Voucher
For items bought online with a voucher code, return the item to our returns address and you’ll be given a voucher code to the relevant value.
purchase on account
It is possible for us to set up an account for customers but it is only available on request to info@thehearinglabstore.co.uk.
Accounts are invoiced at the end of the month for the previous month and payment is due immediately
Failure to pay on time will result on account privileges being removed
Shipping
Our aim is to prepare your order and despatch it within 2 working days [Monday to Friday excl. bank holidays], which means that you receive your order within 2 to 5 working days from the date
it was despatched.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
